Welcome to Inspire Integrative Psychiatry, a psychiatric practice rooted in connection, compassion and evidenced-based individual care.
Dr. Cyllene Briones is a board certified psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of adults through an integrative patient centered model. Dr. Cyllene Briones provides telepsychiatry services throughout Pennsylvania and in-person visits in our West Chester, PA office blending the best of traditional psychiatry with integrative methods that support the whole person- mind, body and lifestyle. Dr. Briones also offers telepsychiatry services throughout the states of Indiana and Kentucky.
Dr. Cyllene Briones’ approach is rooted in the understanding that mental health is shaped by biological, psychological and environmental factors.
Dr. Cyllene Briones founded this practice to deliver focused, high quality psychiatric care without the constraints of volume- based systems. Through secure virtual visits, Dr. Briones aims to make care accesible, responsive and tailored to the individual.

Inspire Integrative Psychiatry operates a direct care, subscription based psychiatric practice, which allows for flexible, attentive and insurance-free care.
Being part of a subscription based psychiatric practice offers a different experience from traditional models.
1) Appointments are typically longer and more thorough. Fewer scheduling delays and less rushed visits. More time and focus on whole-person care,
2) Greater access and communications with direct messaging, phone calls, easier access for “in between” appointments with the physician.
3) Typically fewer patients which means more tailored attention and follow- up for you.
4) Less bureaucracy and insurance hassles. No need for insurance pre-approvals or limitations.
5) More privacy as there is no need for diagnostic code sharing with insurers.
6) Consistency and continuity. You will work with the same provider longterm while building trust and a deeper understanding of treatment.
7) No surprise bills.
This is a private pay practice. Health insurance is not accepted and superbills and documentation will not be provided for reimbursement. This policy helps maintain your privacy and allows us to focus on your care without the administrative burdens or restrictions of third party payers.
If you plan to use insurance for psychiatric care, we encourage you to explore providers who are in- network with your plan.
Kindly be aware that we are not a Medicare participating practice. Therefore we unable to accept Medicare patients even on a self pay basis.
Treatment Philosophy

Pricing
We now offer 2 pricing plans- Membership and Fee Per Service
Subscription plan/ Membership
This model may work well for patients whose needs align with consistent, predictable care and easy access to their psychiatrist
$399 - Initial Psychiatric Comprehensive Evaluation. One time fee.
$99- Monthly subscription fee. This amount will be charged on the first day of the month following the initial psychiatric evaluation. This monthly fee includes one 30 minute visit every 3 months, medication monitoring, close monitoring of side effects, effectiveness and alternatives, coordination of care with therapist or PCP when needed. Direct communication by text, email or phone (often with same day or next day replies), rapid and secure messaging, brief check-ins in between appointments, faster responses to emerging concerns, priority scheduling and shorter wait times.
If an additional visit is required beyond what is included in the subscription, it will be billed $199.Advance notice will be provided before any extra charges are incurred.
Fee per Service
This model may work for patients who do not require continuous access, are stable with low frequency needs.
$500- Initial Psychiatric Comprehensive Evaluation. 60 minutes. One time fee.
$725- Initial Psychiatric Comprehensive Evaluation. 90 minutes. One time fee.
$275- Medication Management visit.
Medication management visits are required a minimum of every 3 months. Each visit medication management visit will be charged $275.
Please note that both payment models will be personalized for the individual’s needs.
Policies and pricing are subject to change. However, you will be given at least 30 day notice.
Also completion of forms/ letters may be subject to fee per service charge under both payment plans.
Appointments
Initial consultations are scheduled following a brief conversation by phone. A credit card is used to reserve your time and a $100 charge will be made. This amount will credited to the Initial Psychiatric Evaluation cost. Initial Evaluations are 60 or 90-minutes in length.
